We recently lost our 14 year old Golden Retriever, Joyful Daisy. She was the main inspiration for me to start my own Raleigh Pet Sitting & Dog Walking Business. We were so fortunate to have her in our lives for so many years even though it is never long enough and we miss her very much. The other inspiration for me, which is the reason for the name, was a wonderful little Persian cat by the name of Smelley. Smelley passed away a few years ago and he is dearly missed by all of us who loved him.
We currently have two very special pets. Sandy, our 6 year old Golden Retriever who we rescued almost 3 years ago and Tiffany, our 9 year old cat. They are all, of course, wonderful.
My husband and I both love animals and have been around them all our lives. I grew up on a farm where animals were a part of our lives including chickens, cows, pigs and horses.
